What happens next?
Now that all the submissions are in we are waiting on the independent report complied by Richard Osbourne on behalf of the council. 
Once the report has been completed and circulated we will be notified of a hearing date.

 

What happens at the hearing?
The hearing will go over a few days and we will hear from speakers both for and against the proposal, along with some experts.
At this stage the hearing looks like it might take place in November (we will keep you posted).
